2022/23

Project description: Support local youths who are the first generation university students in their families to attend universities in Hong Kong. In 2022/23, the scheme covers 11 universities^#, and application from both JUPAS and non-JUPAS local students are welcome.
Expected number of beneficiaries: 220

Project description: Support students who are the first generation university students in their families to attend universities in Hong Kong. An extension of scholarship, Link Scholars Alumni aims to help Scholarship recipients widen the horizon, promote further development and enrich their university life through various community engagement activities and workshops.

Project description: Support year 1-4 students who are the first amongst three generations in their families to attend universities in Hong Kong.

Project description: In addition to first year students and past year awardees, the scholarship have been expanded to include Year 2, 3 and 4 undergraduates.

Project description: In addition to first year students, further scholarships were awarded to Year 2 and 3 undergraduates who were past year awardees.
Number of beneficiaries: 140

2016/17

Project description: The Scholarship continues its second year in support of first year undergraduates who are the first amongst three generations of their families to study at one of Hong Kong’s universities and increases its awards from 100 to 130.

Project description: To support first year undergraduates who are the first university students from amongst three generations of their families who study at one of Hong Kong’s universities.
