|The Link Management Limited has emerged as the sole winner of the “Hong Kong Premier Service Brand” in the 2012 “Hong Kong Top Service Brand Awards” co-organized by Hong Kong Brand Development Council and the Chinese Manufacturers’ Association of Hong Kong.
“In the past 7 years since our establishment, The Link REIT ("The Link") has been serving shoppers and citizens with heart, passion and patience. In addition, our colleagues have been following the guidelines to be sincere and creative in providing service and to take the extra step in helping customers whenever possible in our daily work. To come out as the sole winner of the ‘Hong Kong Premier Service Brand’ this year is a recognition of our efforts in all these aspects. This award also serves as a strong motivation that encourages us to march on to continue creating value to our tenants, shoppers, communities and unitholders,” said Mr. Gordon Wu, Head of Property Management and Operations of The Link Management Limited.

“The Hong Kong Top Service Brand Awards” aims to give recognition to outstanding brand names established by Hong Kong companies, to encourage local enterprises in the pursuit of excellence, to promote Hong Kong products, and to enhance the profile, both locally and internationally, of Hong Kong industries. Assessment of the award is primarily based on the company’s brand reputation, distinctiveness, innovation, quality, image, and the company’s efforts on environmental performance and social responsibility.
