New dining experience with Walter Kei

From 1 June to 30 September, The Link is presenting a Foodies Campaign showcasing fabulous new cross-over dishes by renowned gourmet Walter Kei and Head Chef of a restaurant in Siu Sai Wan Plaza, bringing new dining experience to residents in the Eastern district.  Walter Kei will also share new recipes and cooking tips during this event.
Wine Pairing Dinner features new dishes by King’s Fortune and Walter Kei
On 6 July, Walter Kei will specially host a Wine Pairing Dinner at King’s Fortune Seafood Restaurant in Siu Sai Wan Plaza inviting shoppers in the district who appreciate fine cuisines. In addition to watching a cooking demonstration, participants can indulge themselves with new dishes designed by Walter Kei and the Head Chef of the restaurant, as well as selected pairing fine wines. A total of 11 courses will be served.
If shoppers are interested to join the Wine Pairing Dinner, admission tickets are available online at $450 for each. Shoppers can also redeem one free ticket by spending $1,500, or maximum of two tickets by spending $2,000 or above, at Siu Sai Wan Plaza or Hing Wah Plaza with a maximum of 10 receipts. Seats are limited.

Starting 7 July, customers will also be able to order three of the new cross-over dishes at King’s Fortune Seafood Restaurant.
Lucky Draw to win a Japan Travel package

From 7 July to 7 August, shoppers can enter a lucky draw to win a free trip to Japan by spending $150 or more at Siu Sai Wan Plaza and Hing Wah Plaza with a maximum of two receipts.  The winner will be awarded a 4-day/3-night travel package for two worth $15,960 to Tokyo, Japan.

Walter Kei Recipe Book
New recipes by Walter Kei will be distributed free of charge at Hing Wah Plaza, Siu Sai Wan Plaza and its fresh market starting 1 June. Recipes are in Chinese, English and Indonesian. Shoppers can also redeem the recipe book to collect new recipes on making a purchase in the Plaza.
