One of Link REIT’s first asset enhancement projects, Tsz Wan Shan Shopping Centre draws visitors and residents with an expanded mix of shops. Strategically located above a public transport hub, the transformed shopping centre provides direct access to the fifth floor with escalators from a bus terminus generating increased footfall for tenants and convenience to shoppers. Along with the provision of a fresh market, Tsz Wan Shan Shopping Centre has become a one-stop destination for groceries and daily necessities in the district. To meet the rapidly changing trends of shopping, the Shopping Centre is embarking on a new round of revitalisation to bring about greater attractions to tenants and customers alike.

Key work scope:

• Installed new escalators from the bus terminal to improve accessibility
• Remodelled the formerly vacant fifth and sixth floors 
• Converted a vacant management office into additional shops and a medical zone
